If you want to add some pzazz, wow and zing to your cookery, then try some of our spicy, tasty things. We promise that our dressings, condiments and spice kits will add that 'certain something' and bring your mojo back.
Wild Island dressings are made in Gurnard using local ingredients. The cherry vinegar is made with our own cherries from Godshill, the raspberry vinegar uses fruit from Bachelor's Farm, and the chilli oil is made with Isle of Wight golden rapeseed oil. Beautifully packaged these taste as great as they look, and will add subtle bit to hot sauces and salad dressings.
Erica's jams, chutneys and pickles are famous across the Island for their fine flavour and mix of traditional and new ingredients. Winter warmers include pickled red cabbage, spiced plum chutney and dowerhouse chutney. Try with a slice of our game pie or with a lovely piece of cooked ham.
We have some great mainland products too, including spice mixes from SpiceNTice and Kents Kitchen. The SpiceNTice mixes are made with enticing and authentic blends of spices and herbs so you can make the perfect curry at home, from aloo gobi to lamb rogan josh. Its not all Indian flavours, they also have peri peri, Moroccan tagine, Thai curries and chilli con carne mixes too.
Kents Kitchen mixes include infused oil for frying the meat or vegetables, a curry paste and spices so you get a real depth of flavour.
